About the role we are searching for an enthusiastic and driven Administration Assistant with a welcoming smile to deliver outstanding administrative task and support the operational aspects of our Club.
You will be responsible for delivering administrative task to the highest possible standard, and performing duties associated with Game Day Operation.
Your responsibilities will include, yet not limited to provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable. Monitoring, sourcing, and engaging content for social media on all our social media platforms.
Providing various kinds of administrative support to all team members. Be flexible to work on Game Days assisting with the team’s administrative task. Support internal and external stakeholders with exceptional customer service providing information, guidance, and solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with the Operations team, business operations and stakeholders. The successful applicant should possess the following skills strong organisation, problem solving, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task & meet deadlines. Strong computer skills, with competency in Microsoft Office. A confident and enthusiastic approach to your work. Charismatic personality and a welcoming nature. High standard of personal grooming.
