Administration Assistant College of Nurses Aotearoa (NZ) Inc location Manawatu.

The College of Nurses Aotearoa (NZ) Inc is an organisation which focuses entirely on the professional issues of nursing and on the health of our communities.  The College is seeking applicants for the role of Administration Assistant – Part-Time.   The position is for 20 hours per week, but applicants require the ability to increase hours on an as needs basis. This is a 1 year fixed term position at this time but may be reviewed.

The College is a national organisation based in Palmerston North but dealing with members and activities from all over the country. The College Administration Assistant will help manage the administrative activities of the College and provide support for the Executive Officer.

The Administration Assistant will contribute to the day to day operational activities of the College.  This person will have had previous office experience. Competency with all aspects of MS Office is essential and a knowledge of the Reckon accounting system and experience in the health sector is highly desirable but not essential.
