Administration Assistant ALG Group Services Pty Limited location Sydney.
ALG currently has an opportunity for a Part time Administration Assistant. Working hours are flexible, school hours is a preference, 2 days a week initially and may be opened to more hours if required.

The opportunity maintain vehicle registrations, insurances and maintenance. Maintain accounting and finance reporting a small number of properties. Manage property books for above. Manage credit card documents and files for ALG Property.
Manage mail inward and outward. Maintain all assigned data and records. Arrange flight bookings and travel arrangements. General administration tasks. Work with ALG Administration and accounting departments to maintain records and best office practices.
Your purpose coordinate office administration and the effective management of accounts reporting and management support. You will build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders and have a proactive approach to your work.
To be considered for this role you should have proficiency in Microsoft Office e.g., Excel, Word. Knowledge of Google email or similar. Ability to manage and maintain electronic filing. Ability to follow instructions, policies and procedures.
Work as a team member. Listening skills. Time management. Ability to prioritise work and tasks.
