About the role the objective of this role is to provide high-quality and timely general administrative support to the Together Home Tenancy Team.

The “Together Home” program provides housing and support packages to people sleeping rough, with the aim of ending long-term homelessness by providing wraparound supports needed for these people to sustain their tenancy in safe and stable long-term housing.

Part time position (14 hours/week). Maximum term contract up to 30 June 2023 with possibility of extension. Immediate start. Based in Chatswood with some remote working options.

The key area of responsibly include updating data bases with new and existing client information. Ensuring lease and tenancy related documentation is collected and filed properly. Following up agents and specialists for any outstanding tenancy related documentation required.

Ad hoc reporting. Assisting the Together Home team with any administration requests including compiling meeting minutes, scanning, filing. Who we are looking for the ideal candidate will have ability to plan, organise and coordinate to a high standard.

High level problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and park of a team. High level of computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word. An understanding of the community services sector, including confidentiality.
