Administration Assistant  Randstad location Adelaide. $55k - $65k p.a.

The focus of these positions would be to assist customers, staff, and other relevant stakeholders by managing the front desk and liaising with relevant parties. Responsibilities would include all relevant front of house duties - phones, maintaining office supplies.

Ensuring visitors are inducted, logged into our sign-in system, and provided with site directions. Undertaking administrative tasks related to functional responsibilities of the directors. Organising travel arrangements and preparation for business meetings.

Undertaking special functions when needed i.e. Christmas lunch, BBQs, staff parties. Preparation of board room meetings (catering and documents). Accounts payable duties - including matching invoices to purchase orders. Providing administrative assistance to the team ie diary managements, document prep, data entry and follow up calls.

Skills and experience should include professional and warm demeanour with amazing work ethic. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to act with discretion, integrity, confidentiality and prioritisation of tasks.

Demonstrated time management skills when working with timelines. Coordination of small projects / events – Organisation. A natural problem solver and ability to think outside the square. Software experience with ERP and CRM systems ( SAP, ORACLE and PRONTO highly regarded).
