Administration Assistant Forest House Accountants location Perth.

Forest House provides accounting, corporate, business advisory, and taxation services to companies in various industries in Australia and overseas, working with clients both face-to-face and remotely. Through developing a thorough understanding of a company’s values and objectives, Forest House provide fresh, timely and cost-effective business solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant (part-time) to support the Director in the Corporate Advisory/Accounting sector. This is a varied role responsible for a range of office administration tasks to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.

Duties will include meeting and greeting clients. Answering phone calls. Collating client files. Maintaining ASIC registers of clients. Emailing clients with ATO advice. Maintaining Share Registries. Document collation and emailing to clients and shareholders.

Monitoring, prioritising, and responding to Director’s emails. Basic bookkeeping in Xero and MYOB (training provided). Scheduling. General administration. Other miscellaneous responsibilities as required.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an Administrative Assistant role, preferably in the corporate/accounting sector, however, training will be provided as required. Be experienced in the Microsoft Office suite of products.

Have a basic understanding of bookkeeping using Xero or MYOB. Have the ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Possess a strong work ethic. Work with the Director in the Mount Hawthorn, WA office.
