Administration Assistant Debt Angel Solutions Pty Ltd location Sydney.
The Administration Assistant or “Support Angel” assists the team and clients of Debt Angel Solutions, utilising their brilliant organisation skills, their bubbly personality, willingness to learn and commitment to positive and life-changing outcomes.
High level written and verbal communication skills. Able to contact stakeholders (e.g. creditors) to gain accurate accounts data, make enquiries and present research concisely. Ability to work autonomously. Fast and interested learner. High level organisation and time management skills, able to prioritise.
Able to professionally answer and direct phone calls to relevant team members efficiently. Able to easily schedule meetings and appointments. Take notes and minutes in meetings. Order and take stock of office supplies. Point of contact for a range of staff and external stakeholders.
Able to prepare quality documents for various applications. Processing and directing mail and incoming packages or deliveries. Greet and direct visitors and new staff to the organisation. Write and issue professional emails to teams. A commitment to continuous improvement through administrative process.
Maintenance of a friendly and tidy office space. Willingness to undertake relevant training, as required. The position is based at our office in Belrose (NSW), five(5) days per week (Monday to Friday), five hours per day and is remunerated under the Clerk's Private Sector Award [MA000002].
