Administration Assistant Ramsay Clinic New Farm location Brisbane.

The opportunity the administration assistant role requires a flexible and adaptable person who can learn multiple facets of our business and happily immerse themselves within a different department on a daily basis. In this role you will be assisting in the smooth operation of hospital functions and providing great customer service.

General duties will include, but are not limited to greeting, signing in visitors, contractors and staff. Admitting and Discharging Inpatients using Meditech. Switchboard operation. Processing payments from patients and external customers.

About you to succeed in this role you will be an effective and approachable administrative professional with a passion for client care and a high standard of customer-focused service in line with Ramsay's core values.

You will have exceptional communication skills and a passion to learn new skills on the job. This role calls for individuals with a strong capacity to manage a variety of administrative tasks and priorities over the course of workday. This position will offer 3 days/ week with the possibility of increasing to 5 days/ week for the right candidate. To be considered for this role you must be flexible and available to work Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.

You will also demonstrate proven organisational skills and a high degree of attention to detail & accuracy. Competent computer skills using MS Office suite. Any experience in administration role or within the health care industry is desirable, but not essential.
