Administration Assistant Aspire360 location Perth.

We are a diversified Financial Services Office (Financial Planning & Accounting) seeking a Part Time Administration Assistant (15-20 hours per week, flexible days) who is a well organised person that can demonstrate self-discipline and motivation in similar roles. You will care about the detail and be results oriented, while remaining client focused.

Supporting our Office, you will liaise with our Clients and Financial Planner to ensure a seamless service delivery to our valued clients. You will be responsible for varying roles such as daily general administration duties including processing client correspondence and office support. Following up action items concluded from client meetings. Take inbound and outbound calls, respond in person and in writing to assist clients with resolution of enquires.

Required skills include driven, enthusiastic in your approach with a strong attention to details and the ability to work to deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Competent with MS Office. Ability to work autonomously in a team environment.
