Administration Assistant Integrity and Insurance Hays location Melbourne. $37 - $39.50 p/h.

Seeking an experienced administration assistant based in Melbourne, to join the hardworking and dedicated Integrity and Insurance team.
Your new role you will work collaboratively to provide a broad range of administrative and resource support functions. This role will provide support to academic and professional staff.
Arranging appointments, diary and calendar management, team operational support, invoice processing, preparation of supporting data, confidential reports and external publications, and assisting with general correspondence, responses to ad hoc queries and other documentation for decision-making purposes.
Coordinating meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes, arranging venues and logistical support, distributing papers and minutes on schedule and coordinating contributions from external presenters, sub-committees or working groups. Performing duties involving the inward and outward movement of mail, copying, maintaining and retrieving records, straight forward data entry and retrieval.
Supporting the maintenance of administrative systems, processes and policies to ensure that all information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible. Providing operational support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the Integrity & Assurance and the Policy, Strategy and Performance team and an ongoing contribution to continuous improvement. Other duties as required by the General Manager.
What you'll need to succeed priorities and deadlines and use initiative. Excellent written communication skills, including the drafting of correspondence and minutes of meetings. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow processes thoroughly, analyse and assess information and articulate options to resolve issues. Demonstrated office administration experience, in a multi-disciplinary team, and in the provision of secretariat support to committees/boards. Ability to establish and maintain collaborative working relationships.
