Administration Assistant Concept Recruitment Specialists location Sydney.
Prestons location, Part-time, 3 days per week, 12.30pm starts (approx 5 hour shift). Temporary position with possibilities of long-term. This rapidly growing Wholesaler is looking for an experienced Office Administrator to support the Operations Team with a variety of admin and customer service tasks. You will enjoy a role that offers variety, pace and autonomy whilst supported by a fun team.
Key responsibilities reviewing, checking and processing customer orders, Compiling end of day reports, Invoicing, Managing a customer service inbox, Allocating emails to relevant teams for action, Assisting with general customer enquiries, Summarising data and data entry.
Key requirements proven office administration experience. The ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a small team. Good data entry skills and intermediate MS Excel. Positive attitude and willingness to support a team with a variety of duties. Impeccable verbal and written communication.
