Administration Assistant EST10 location Sydney.

$35 per hour + Superannuation. Become part of a collaborative, high-performing and detailed team. Go behind the scenes in this three-week temp role based in Sydney CBD.

This role sits within the finance team, so a background with numbers or data and any administration experience with legal drafting or medical documentation will be easily transferable! They are looking for a solid administrator for three weeks to join their team during a key time. As with many temp roles, an immediate or ASAP start is ideal.

What is unique about you as a great administrator, you are used to taking ownership of various responsibilities and can easily adapt to changing priorities and get the task at hand done. This work is deadline driven, so having an organised nature with the ability to plan ahead is key. This team is collaborative and works together to successfully achieve their time-sensitive work. Keeping lines of communication open, managing workload updates and being there for your team means everyone can contribute to a great outcome. The Microsoft Office suite is used frequently, so being confident with Excel and Word will allow you to work across various documents and spreadsheets. As a company working under governance, any prior experience working within a heavily report and audit-based environment will be beneficial.

A snapshot of your role manage the company database, keeping key information up to date and inputting new data. Raise purchase orders, issue invoices, and assist with small reconciliation tasks. Assist with various document preparation, draft, edit and format letters and visual and data reports. Speak with various beneficiaries as the first point of contact to answer any questions or provide updates. Happily take on any other ad hoc administration tasks that may be required.
