Your opportunity this is a great new career opportunity for a team orientated person to manage and complete a range of administrative tasks vital to the efficient running of the office and programs.

Your key responsibilities will be to supporting the programs administratively. Support with daily operational issues. Assist in managing the front office and reception area including taking phone calls, responding to queries and managing guests.

Manage the program’s compliance and reporting. Provide support on continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with the collation and preparation of data and reports.

Requirements for Success strong administrative skills. Capacity to understand, interpret and report on data. Quality focused with excellent report writing skills. Efficient in CRM systems, Word, Excel and Power-Point.

A team player who is flexible, personable and willing to pitch in and help. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
