About the role this is a 2-month temporary opportunity, that will see you working in the office full time, supporting a dedicated portfolio of high-net-worth clients, you will work alongside another assistant, working as a team to provide exceptional support!

Duties assist with client requests via email and telephone calls. Set up new account applications. Track outstanding tasks and stay on top of ongoing meetings. Manage client reviews and assist in preparation for client meetings. Monitoring financials for the clients’ as well as handling redemptions.

Skills & experience high attention to detail and outstanding work ethic. Strong organisation and time management skills. Thrive working in a fast paced role. Experience within a corporate environment is ideal.

Summary essentially, we are looking for a polished professional with strong administrative skills and the ability to perform under pressure. This role will be based in the office 5 days a week, and will see you working alongside another assistant who you will work closely with to hit goals together. This is a 2 month temporary position to cover annual leave and so full availability is required to be considered.
