Part Time Permanent Administration Assistant Carter and Spencer location Northern QLD.

Carter and Spencer Nth Qld Pty Ltd are currently seeking an Administration Assistant to join our Team. If you have a proven ability within all facets of an office environment and have a sound work ethic then this job could be for you.

Job tasks and responsibilities to add support within our Administration team by providing a high level of accurate reporting and attention to detail.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to stock inventory – input data and track information, accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, pallet control, general office duties.

Skills and experience sound knowledge and experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable. Data entry accuracy and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Professional and courteous manner. Excellent time management and ability to multi-task. Ability to work independently. A proactive attitude and commitment to safe workplace practices.

Hours and wages 28 hours per week, including rostered weekends and public holidays. salaried remuneration based on clerks – private sector award 2010.
