Administration Assistant Randstad location Perth. $35-45.

Randstad is currently recruiting experienced Administrators for a well known and reputable State Government department located within Perth's CBD, Nedlands and East Perth. Multiple temporary assignment positions are available within State and Local government. Duration of assignment being 6 months with a high view for extension.

Days of work will be Monday-Friday, full time working hours. Previous experience within government will be highly regarded. If you have Data entry, customer service, reception, project administration and general clerical experience, we would love to hear from you. The role the positions will undertake clerical, administrative support, data entry and operational tasks.

Duties include but are not limited to the ability to liaise with other staff, working together in a collaborative way to deliver the company vision and objectives. Undertaking office administration tasks and provide administrative support to Doctors and other staff as required. Effectively responding to all incoming telephone and correspondence enquires, including emails and requests for advice.

Processing and transferring data. Follow up compliance documentation. Verifies and logs receipt of data. Transcribes source data into the required electronic format. Transfers information from paper formats into computer files using keyboards, data recorders, or optical scanners.

Performs high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or other computer software. Verifies integrity of data by comparing it to source documents. Reviews data for errors, missing pages, or missing information and resolves any discrepancies. Maintains a filing system and protects confidential customer information. Performs regular backups to ensure data preservation. Responds to requests to retrieve data from the database or electronic filing system. Possible meeting agencdas, dairy mangaement and email management.

Essential experience intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Skills. Strong alpha and numerical data entry skills. Highly developed communication skills. Professional telephone manner. Exceptional customer service skills. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints. Strong team player and ability to work independently. Previous Administration experience (we are open to any industry). Great work ethic and be able to work well under pressure and unsupervised. Positive approach to the workplace.
