Administration Assistant BaptistCare location Sydney. BaptistCare Counselling & Family Services is currently seeking a flexible part time Administration Officer to join our team in Penrith. The role ensures efficient delivery of administrative functions and smooth running of business in the Community Service Division, supporting the Penrith counselling team, local manager, stakeholders and clients. What you will need to succeed demonstrated experience and / or qualifications in office administration/ finance, ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team, understand the principles of customer focused service, with the ability to respond to queries in a friendly and professional manner, excellent computer literacy, strong numeracy skills with demonstrated ability to complete banking and reconciliations, well-developed written and verbal communication skills, excellent organisational and time management skills, demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity in the treatment of confidential information, ability to meet deadlines and multi task, the ability to work in harmony with the purpose and values of baptistcare, willingness and ability to work alongside disadvantaged and marginalised people.
