Administration Assistant HiTech Personnel location Sydney.

One of Australia’s Innovative State Government Departments is looking to engage a skilled and experienced Administration Assistant to join their multidisciplinary team based in Maroubra, Sydney. The successful Administration Assistant will be assisting in administration and receptionist duties for the department. The successful Administration Assistant will secure an initial contract to October 2023 with the view to extend further with a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Administration Assistant will be responsible for, but not limited to providing a range of routine administrative activities to contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the team. Working and maintaining regular contact with other business areas to effectively arrange meetings and manage the flow of business information.

Using relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors. Processing business information and contribute to the maintenance of administrative systems to ensure the flow of information is in accordance with standards and guidelines.

The successful Administration Assistant will have experience in the following proven experience working in either an Administrative Assistant or Receptionist position. Clear and concise communication skills, verbal and written. Experience working with internal and external stakeholders and senior management. Have experience responding to enquiries and escalate issues appropriately to ensure queries are responded to in a timely manner.
