Administration Assistant Forstan Pty Ltd location Sydney.

We are a reputable Kitchen Company located in the Baulkham Hills area looking to appoint a full-time or part-time Administration Assistant to work within a small team environment.

About you positive can-do attitude. A successful applicant would be highly self-motivated with a professional and reliable attitude. Basic administrative experience. Main duties include answering phones, processing sales orders, typing supplier orders, archiving, data entry & filing. Demonstrate a strong work ethic and hands on approach. Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office programs and the ability to quickly learn new programs.

This position would suit someone friendly, reliable and energetic to assist with general office all-rounder duties. We would consider school graduate or someone looking to work in school hours Monday - Friday. The successful candidate must have the ability to work alone, efficiently and within a fast- paced work environment.

You will need to be well presented, hardworking, courteous, honest, reliable and with a clean and tidy organised work ethic.  As part of this role you will be expected to liaise with builder companies, suppliers and the Your Home Kitchens team.
