Administration Assistant St George Christian School location Sydney.

This K-12 Christian School is seeking expressions of interest from an energetic and enthusiastic individual with initiative to assist in various areas of the school in an administrative capacity.

The successful applicant will be responsible for receiving orders and ensuring purchase orders have been filled correctly as per purchase requests. Ordering Purchases for the school and contact staff regarding orders and parcels. Assist Purchasing Officer as required.

Support the Creative Arts team in the management of events and performances. Assist in other areas of the school in an administrative capacity. Relieve Main Reception as required (on a casual basis).

The successful applicant will have the following skills and attributes excellent communication skills and a professional phone and friendly customer service manner. Proficiency in MS Office/Word/Excel and experience. Ability to maintain confidentiality, excellent organisational skills and emotional self regulation. Accounts/Purchasing/Administration experience desirable. Ability to work collaboratively in a busy office environment with competing priorities.Have a good eye for detail.

This is a Temporary Part Time role working 2 days per week, 8.00am to 4.00pm during term time, commencing Term 3, 2023.  Salary and conditions are consistent with the NSW Christian Schools General Staff Multi-Enterprise Agreement 2020 - 2023.
