Administration Assistant Pepper Kids Therapy location Gold Coast. $60,000 – $63,000 per year.

The role we have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual with administrative/client services experience to join our team as the Client Support Manager. Comprehensive onboarding and support will be provided.

Your responsibilities include all functions of the client experience at Pepper Kids. Coaching the Client Support Assistant. Handling any client concerns & complaints. Daily email management, opening, forwarding, actioning, filing as required. Answering phone calls and scheduling appointments.

Managing bookings and cancellations. Document management. Managing client and staff queries and concerns in collaboration with the Clinic Manager. Data input and maintenance for our practice management software. Other ad hoc tasks as required.

The hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.30pm. Short-day Fridays (either finish at lunch or start at lunch).

To be considered for the position, you will need a minimum of 2 years' experience in an admin role in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate the following great attention to details. Great attitude towards customer service and presentation. Intermediate Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills.
