Administration and Reservations Assistant Colonial Leisure Group location Melbourne.

We are currently recruiting for an Administration and Reservations Assistant. We are seeking a passionate professional that is enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated. This position will be a casual role.

To be considered for the position, you must possess the following experience in a similar role within the Hospitality Industry. Exceptional attention to detail. A keen interest in the industry, including current trends. Ability to work autonomously. Basic financial reporting. Excellent phone manner and customer service skills. Time management and outstanding organisational skills.

The responsibilities of this role are but not limited to administrative responsibilities including data entry, invoicing etc. Responding to and securing reservations for restaurant bookings and functions. Answering the phones and responding to general venue inquiries. Managing special requests professionally and promptly. Supporting the Reservations Manager as required.
