Administration and Outbound Customer Service Private Advertiser location Brisbane. $30 – $32+ per hour.

Brisbane QLD, Casual, $30-32+ per hour, plus super, plus bonuses and holiday pay (secure position).

We are Offering Set Hours per week - a Long Term, Outbound Call / Customer Service and Administration Position. (Includes Bonuses, Paid Holidays, is a Casual Role with Secure Hours and Times Per Week) 25 - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday only (option for school hours).

You are paid the award rate of $30+ p/hr plus super, bonuses and paid holidays (hourly rate can be increased based upon an employee’s performance, skills & experience). This unique position offers you the unique combination of these benefits, which are extremely hard to find in any position.

Talking with potential and existing clients during the day, requesting their feedback and asking them questions (no selling involved) and entering their comments into a CRM, plus related database management tasks/admin duties. Working hours can be set around school hours, for ease of pick up and drop off per day. Start work after 9.30am and finish in the afternoon.

Role can be based in our head office within Brisbane or from the applicant’s home (must be located within SE/QLD (be home based within Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or Northern NSW) and have a designated office – with laptop and phone being provided. Requires an intermediate level of proficiency with Excel and Word.

Full and extensive training will be offered, but we require that “special human being”, one that cares about our company and people in general. We have extensive procedure manuals, and all tasks are highly systemised. This being a simple, yet dynamic and interesting way to spend part of your working hours, every day, talking with business people from different industries, everyday being different. Must enjoy, feel at ease and comfortable talking with business people, in general. The role is varied and is always interesting and challenging, being fast paced and requires a multi-tasking ability.

This is a dynamic and interesting role, not a call centre role, as is not selling anything nor is just a ‘typical or same task’ outbound customer service phone and administration based role. Must be able to meet deadlines, and perform under time pressures, as this operation is growing, demanding and very busy. The time simply flies everyday. This role is suitable for applicants with children, but there must not be any background noise when on the phone, especially if the applicant is remotely based, i.e. if working from the convenience of their own home based-office.

Take this role seriously, as it is not a call centre style outbound telemarketing role, it is much easier and all the more enjoyable. All about liaising with our existing and potential business clientele, building relationships via the phone and showing a genuine care for their feedback and their commentary, including general administrative tasks. Also includes administration tasks - re existing and potential client data entry.

A fast & highly accurate typist, able to enter data at speed, and multi-task. Able to enter data at speed into a highly systemised client database software. Be proficient at receiving, processing & responding to client email & phone requests.

Having an attention to detail is required. Having a personal integrity to finish tasks started, and to support a fast-paced and high client volume operation. Able to work fast under time pressures, given response rates required to provide top levels of customer service that our company is renowned for. Well-spoken on the phone – able to respond to client enquiries professionally. Having experience in both email and outbound phone contact with potential or existing clients.

In summary, we need an experienced outbound/customer service and phone-based, long term staff member who is highly proficient at relating and building client relationships, via the phone. No selling required. We want a relationship buildera person who has a great phone manner who has a very strong work ethic (cares about maintaining a quality level of work and client relationship).

Has a pleasant voice & personality, suitable to be talking with business clients and being held within a caring team. This administrator is required to be fast at data entry & to be accurate in all duties (attention to detail). Can be trusted to work remotely from a home base, if chooses to be.

Daily administration, database management, data entry, handling customer responses, making outbound calls and emails etc. Other highly trained and long-term experienced team members will also be on hand to provide on-going support and training of your position, so we require a humble applicant, but someone who can also work independently, and take ownership of their role and duties, remaining supportive and co-operative of others, whilst doing so.
