Administration and Office Support Tink Recruitment location Sydney.

The role make sure all software updates are up to date on all employee laptops/computers & phones. General administration to the management team. Order work stationary and maintain office standards. Maintain office supplies, milk, coffee, sugar etc.

General adhoc office duties, printing, filing, scanning and further duties. Attend meetings and take meeting minutes if and when required. Assist with implementation of new processes and procedures. Complete all internal accounts - create and send invoices, follow up invoices sent, chase outstanding invoices, answer account queries, respond to all account questions from suppliers, clients and more.

Input placements into our CRM system, data entry. Set calendar invites based on Tink Recruitments internal processes and procedures. Assist with staff wages and commission payments. Track all invoicing and payments via Tink Recruitments internal processes. Upload completed placement sheets to the system and input under placement in jobadder. Keep all templates/documents up to date and printed for staff use. Liaise with an external accountant if and when required. Updating financial spreadsheet for contractors. Weekly reporting to Directors, profit & loss, monies received.
