Administration and Office Support RBK Nutraceuticals location Sydney.

Permanent full time position 38 hours per week (The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 8.55 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.) Seven Hills, close to public transport. Skills and qualifications strong ability to manage time effectively. Ability to multitask. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Good communicator and able to respond to ad-hoc tasks with minimal supervision. Fluently both in English and Korean.

Role description process orders and ensure all documentation is correctly filed and up to date. Confirm order, create customer account. Sales orders data entry processing. Check order status in the System. Organise the warehouse picking and sending. Create invoice to the customer. Sales order document management. Schedule back orders. Resolve customer enquiries - be the point of contact for any additional customer needs or requests.  Delivery co-ordination - organise transport and email all the third parties involved.

Monitor the progress of deliveries and provide customers with progress updates. Monitor sales order enquiries. Escalate urgent orders to ensure delivery time frames are met. Receive related incoming calls and coordinate the resolution of customer issues. Action after-sales related enquiries.

Organise shipments and deliveries. Coordinate and collaborate with internal resources such as marketing and sales team. Communicate with suppliers, following up on deliverables and due dates. Monitor orders and logistics status. Manage parcel deliveries including samples for couriers. Duties will include Telephone Reception duties as first point of contact.
