Administration and Data Entry WentWest location Sydney.

WentWest is a one of-a-kind, innovative not-for-profit organisation, which has played an integral part in the Western Sydney community since 2002, championing primary care education and support, commissioning health services into targeted areas of need and working with key partners to enact long-term reforms across the region’s health system.

After many years of successful growth, WentWest is planning for an exciting new future and we now have a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate to join our organisation for a 12 month contract, with the possibility of extension dependent on funding. This is a fantastic opportunity to kick start your career in the healthcare industry. Your key responsibility will be providing data entry and administrative support.

Some other responsibilities include administration, triaging and processing of referrals. Communicating with various stakeholders including GP’s, Psychologists, Mental Health Teams, Inpatient Units, School Counsellors and various other services. Invoicing and purchase orders. Data entry into relevant systems. Administrative activities. Assisting with meetings and events.

About you with relevant tertiary qualifications in health or social science you will be a recent graduate who ideally has gained some experience in an administration role. Key to your success will be your creative and proactive approach and your strong client service focus.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy. Be self-motivated. Have a strong work ethic with a passion for helping others.
