Administration and Customer Service Officer Just Careers Training location Sydney.

Licences 4 Work are seeking an Administration Officer to join our great team at our Blacktown Training Facility. This is a Full Time Monday-Friday role, you may be required to work on weekends.

Your duties will include customer Service - at Licences 4 Work it is all about great customer service. Serving customers, processing payments, taking new bookings over the phone and in person, meeting student needs. Administrative duties - Data entry, file management, lodgements, contacting students. General office duties.

What are we looking for to be successful in this role, you will have excellent customer service skills. Great communication skills. Attention to detail. Excellent computer skills - quick and accurate and can follow procedures and requirements for multiple systems including databases, spreadsheets, emails and portals (training provided).

Ability to multitask and prioritise based on role requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with all students and staff. Someone that has initiative to work with limited supervision while contributing to the success of the team.

Ability to work independently and as a team player. Bubbly and bright personality that can working in a multi-skilled and multicultural team.
