Job description perform data entry, scanning and uploading of hardcopy Cash Movement Reports (CMRs) and Cash Transaction Reports (CTRs) directly into the Authority’s IT systems. Process, perform data entry, scanning, uploading of other types of reports and documents received by the Authority and performing various administrative tasks as required by the Authority. Perform customer service related services (via phone calls and/or emails) to assist the Authority’s IT systems users (including the public, other Government agencies and the Authority’s officers) on queries and requests relating to the IT systems. Create new account(s) in the Authority’s IT systems and perform related administrative tasks.
Requirements Singaporean or Singapore Permanent Resident. Possess three (3) GCE ‘O’ levels or equivalent. Be able to converse in English and a Mother Tongue Language. Possess at least basic computer literacy skills such as Microsoft Office applications. Have at least 2 years of relevant working experience. Working Hours Monday to Friday (excluding Saturday, Sunday, Public Holidays and any other off days as declared by the Authority), 09:00hrs to 17:30hrs (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break). Salary will be based on experience ranging from S$2,000 - S$2,200 per month.
