SMJ Coaching, established by the esteemed coach Sharon Jurd, is focused on empowering individuals and organizations to achieve their highest potential. Through coaching, training, and mentoring, SMJ Coaching has positively impacted numerous lives and businesses, earning accolades for its effective programs. Sharon Jurd, the director of both companies, is looking for a Communications Specialist to collaborate closely with her across all her enterprises.

Responsibilities CRM management utilize the Customer Relationship Management System to streamline communication and manage client relationships.

Client communications develop engaging and informative communication strategies for clients. Maintain positive client relationships through effective communication methods.

Website management work with our IT team to oversee and improve the HydroKleen website to ensure an optimal user experience. Keep content current and aligned with the brand's values.

Resource centers work with our IT team to manage resource centers to ensure they are accessible and relevant. Develop and update resources for both internal and external stakeholders.

Managing International clients communicate with international clients. Coordinate shipping and procurement details. Ensure smooth transportation processes.

Franchise Onboarding/Offboarding facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding for HydroKleen franchises. Provide effective communication and support during transitions.

Quotes and invoices handle quotes and invoices with accuracy and attention to detail. Work with relevant departments to ensure accurate financial transactions.

Requirements proven experience in communications, preferably in a similar role. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and online software management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines. Working hours full-time position.
