Administration Superstar Lawrence's Home Appliance Centre location Waikato.

In this demanding position you will act as the 'face' of Lawrence's Home Appliance Centre and ensure customers receive a heart-warming welcome whether in person or over the phone. You will coordinate all front desk activities, customer enquiries including taking requests for service work, ordering parts and coordinating the service technicians' diaries to ensure jobs are scheduled. You will also take care of invoicing and assist with quoting jobs.

Our customer and job management system is electronic so candidates should be proficient in online solutions and confidently know their way around the Microsoft Office suite. Ideally the candidate will have experience in Xero. As our administration superstar, we require an energetic, well organised individual who is comfortable having multiple jobs on the go at once, can work autonomously while also being an integral part of a small team. They will have a good geographical knowledge of Hamilton and its surrounds and will have a pleasant personality with a dynamic professional attitude.

Lawrence's Home Appliance Centre Ltd had been trading in Hamilton East since 1991 selling and servicing whiteware goods. With four full-time appliance service technicians, we have built our reputation and clientele base on the simple premise of providing prompt and effective service in the repairs of whiteware. What once was a client base of domestic households, has now diversified to include rental management companies, corporate, schools and government organisations.
