Administration Bayleys in the North location Auckland.

We are looking for someone to join an experienced and very successful agent who operates in the Matakana and Point Wells markets. It would be expected that the successful candidate will have their real estate licence, be close to obtaining it, or willing to commit to getting it as soon as they are established in the role.

As a licensed PA or Sales Associate, you will be responsible for all administrative and support tasks to do with the listing and sale process and client and customer management, working in between the salesperson and our amazing office admin team.

You will need to have some flexibility with your work hours to be available to attend evening client meetings on occasion and to help with weekend open homes as needed. You will have a very high level of personal presentation, a strong customer service focus, the ability to multi-task and problem solve with a calm, level-headed approach, along with exceptional communication and computer skills.

You will be comfortable assisting the salesperson with attracting and submitting for business, appraising and listing individual properties. Experience with CRM and databases would be a benefit, as would previous experience with the creation of presentation, marketing and social media materials.

The role is based out of Bayleys Mahurangi and is a full-time role, with some flexibility required on hours due to the nature of the work. Remuneration can be salary based, or a combination of salary plus sales success bonuses or commission sharing.
