Your New role as the Administration Assistant, you will join a supportive and cohesive team of order processing professionals. You will report into the approachable and knowledgeable Customer Service Manager who is known in the business for delivering high performing results. Your role will entail being the first point of contact for customers. Answering customer enquires in a professional manner. Processing customer orders into the CRM system. Accurate data entry of customer details into the CRM system. General administrative duties as required.
