Administration Evolve Talent location Adelaide.
Position Administration Rostering & Customer Service Coordinator. Type Casual (Minimum 3 months with the potential for extension/permanent role). Start Date Monday, 4th December (Full-time and part-time hours available).
Location Unley, Adelaide. Parking Free on-site parking. Public Transport Easily accessible. Pay Rate $40 per hour + superannuation. Payment Frequency Weekly. Working Hours Flexible shifts between 7 am - 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Special Note If you have prior commitments between Christmas and New Year, no worries – you will not be required to work during that time.
Qualifications no formal qualifications required. We are looking for someone with strong administration, customer service, and IT skills.
Responsibilities efficiently coordinate rosters and provide excellent customer service. Handle incoming and outbound customer service calls. Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Communicate effectively in verbal and written communication. Utilise your IT savviness to navigate systems seamlessly. Foster an energetic and positive work environment.
Requirements national Police Check. Working with Children's Card (Employee). 100 Points of ID. Visa & VEVO information. 2 Professional References.
