About the company our client, Women’s Health and Family Services, is a well-established and highly regarded independent ‘for purpose’ community services organisation, supporting the health and wellbeing of women, their families, and their communities, providing assistance to vulnerable and disadvantaged women through their clinic, counselling, and support services.

The services the organisation provides are open to all Western Australian women and their families, with consideration made for the unique needs of Aboriginal, migrant, and refugee families.

About the role this position in integral to supporting our client to ensure all administrative tasks and services are undertaken to support effective and efficient operations of the organisations counselling and mental health service area.

The position’s focus is primarily management of the organisations internal database and reporting. Additional Responsibilities include develop quality and timely reports for the organisation.

Effectively communicate and consult with the General Manager on issues pertaining to document management and the organisations client management system ensuring currency and accuracy of information.

Maintain good practice and standards in relation to the use of the organisations client management systems. Provide assistance and support to internal staff ensuring timely and proactive resolution of requests and issues within scope. Act as a resource for other staff.

The position is available on a part-time basis working 3 or 4 days per week on an 8-month fixed-term contract, primarily located at our client’s head office in Northbridge. The successful applicant may need to be able to visit other sites across the Perth Metro.

Job requirements to be considered for this exciting opportunity you will possess the following competent in Excel (Advance experience with Excel is highly desirable). Ability to learn new software products and technologies.

Strong problem-solving and good analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proactive and flexible can-do attitude. Ability to work unsupervised and to manage own day-to-day activities. National Police Clearance.
