Admin Support Officer Hays location Sydney.

Your new company your new company is within a reputable NSW government department. They are located in the Sydney CBD and are looking for an experienced Admin Support Officer to assist their facilities and finance team in a 100% office based role.

Your new role as the Executive Assistant you will provide support to the Building and Facilities manager and Finance team. Your main duties and responsibilities will include support the finance team with Receipting and Invoicing of Building and Facilities goods and services.

Management of booking calendars for rooms/ vehicles. Assist with administration of minor building and facilities project works. Support the preparation of best practice guides and documentation of minor works policies and procedures.

Assist with the reporting and rectifying of building and office maintenance issues in consultation with Building manager and suppliers. Ensuring that facilities are kept clean and tidy. Monitor building and facilities Ticket Help Desk escalations. Support the Facilities onboarding process, including security passes, photo Identification and assignment of Lockers. Provide management of key registers. Moving Furniture.

Other duties as required what you'll need to succeed you will be a proactive, hard-working and flexible administrator with office-based experience. You will have working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and Outlook. You will have experience with receipting and invoicing and be happy to support the Finance Team as needed.

You will have a background in office management or facilities management support services. You will be adaptable and be happy for your workload and day to day duties to shift depending on the needs of the business.

What you'll get in return on offer to you is an hourly rate of $50-$59 per hour + super (Dependant on Candidate experience) within a reputable government department. You will be working 100% in the CBD office Monday - Friday 9AM-5PM (37.5 hours per week). The role is looking to commence ASAP - 1st May, 2023, with potential for extension or to be moved to other roles within the business.
