Bless Real Estate is the leading real estate agency in Sydney, offering a full service for resale existing property, off the plan apartment & House – Land project, resale off the plan property (flipping sale), project management and also leasing property management.

Our company has gained high reputation among the clients. Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are seeking receptionist (administrative account) to join our team in Sydney. Such position is available for a competitive, motivated, passionate individual and experienced in real estate industry.

Key capabilities perform general clerical duties. Collect, maintain and purchase office inventory. Manage the phone system and direct all telephone enquiries to the correct departments. Provide general administration support as required.

Provide support for company events or activities. Meet and greet with clients and visitors. Managing all incoming and outgoing mail and courier usage. Assist with company social media updates.

The successful applicant needs to have previous experience as a receptionist/administrator or similar role. Have exceptional people skills and be able to build rapport easily with varied clientele. Be confident and articulate in their spoken word.

Be prepared to put in the initial hard works to ensure success. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Professional phone manner and strong customer service focus. The successful applicant needs to have certificate of Registration or Real Estate license.
