Admin or Data Entry Officer flexhive by Hudson location Melbourne.

We have an amazing opportunity for Admin/Data Entry Officer to join one of our clients in the Government space. Attractive hourly rate, 3 months contract with their office based in Frankston, Victoria.

3 Months contract with potential for an extension. Start date of mid-January. Frankston location. Opportunity for hybrid work after training.

About the role in this role, you will be working on email cases from customers - these will be repetitive/simple responses to general customer enquiries, as well as undertaking bulk updates and address changes. Reporting to the Customer Contact Team Leader and forming part of our broader Customer and Community group you will also be responsible for responding to customer enquiries through email.

Ensuring all interactions are handled in line with our Customer Interaction and Quality Framework with an emphasis on engaging with customers to build rapport and trust. Taking ownership for resolving enquiries by identifying appropriate solutions and linking these to the customers' needs. Ensuring punctuality and reliability, whilst adhering to schedules and rosters.

About you we are looking for tech savvy team players with excellent attention to detail and a can-do attitude. If you are quick learner with great ability to use your initiative and with previous data entry/admin experience - we want to hear from you.

Our ideal candidate will also have good Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills. Minimum typing speed requirement of 36 words per minute with high accuracy. Agility in using multiple software platforms simultaneously.

Strong interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with a broad range of customers as well as interact and work closely with multiple internal business units. Demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer service in a faced paced environment. Agility and flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
