Admin Office Assistant M.E Engineering location Sydney. $30 - $35 per hour.

Our Company M.E. Engineering are an Australian engineering company with more than twenty years of continuous experience in delivering successful projects across many different industries with a focus on the brewing, distilling, beverage, and pharmaceutical sector. We are seeking a part time Office Admin assistant to join our successful team to support our continued growth. The successful candidate will be assisting the Office Manager in the day-to-day operations of the business, which are many and varied. This position is permanent part time, and the successful candidate should be able to work 10-15 hrs per week at our office in St Peters.

Core responsibilities accounts payable & receivable using Xero software. Arrange travel for engineers as necessary, including booking flights, accommodation, and other transport requirements. Support internal communications and coordination for activities across the organisation including social events.

Ensuring adequate levels of consumables are in stock across the office, including monitoring levels and ordering. Greeting visitors, answering phone calls and providing general support as required. When required be able to work additional hours to cover other staff holidays period.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience required experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties. Proficient in Xero, WorkFlowMax and Microsoft Office. Strong organisational and planning skills with attention to detail. Ability to build relationships, trust, and engagement with the team. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The right to work in Australia is mandatory for the role.
