Admin Co-ordinator location City Hall / Clarke Quay, Central.
Roles & responsibilities liaise with customers for cleaning servicing works. Planning and Schedule for cleaning servicing. Manage incoming correspondence (Emails, SMS, Fax, and Telephone Calls). Maintain orderly filing and documentation.
Requirements required language(s) English. Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office, PC literate and able to work independently. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. On Job Training will be provided. Only Singaporean/SPR.
