Admin Co-ordinator location City Hall / Clarke Quay, Central.
Only Singaporean/SPR. Work location 21 Bukit Batok Crescent, Singapore 658065.
Roles & responsibilities liaise with customers for cleaning servicing works. Planning and Schedule for cleaning servicing. Manage incoming correspondence ( Emails, SMS, Fax, and Telephone Calls). Maintain orderly filing and documentation.
Requirements required language(s) English. Required Skill(s) Microsoft Office, PC literate and able to work independently. Preferably Entry Level specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. On Job Training will be provided
