Admin Assistants Beaumont People location Brisbane.
Beaumont People are seeking strong administrators for various temporary assignments. This is your opportunity to work for local not-for-profit organisations in the Brisbane area. Your tasks will include the following provide administration support to state manager. General administration duties including but not limited to diary management, travel arrangements, drafting documents and correspondence, data entry, reporting and proofreading.
Attend and take minutes at relevant meetings. Manage database input and updating with a high degree of accuracy. Manage shared email inbox. Taking phone calls and directing to the relevant staff member. Attending events and fundraisers. Running ad hoc errands including collecting items from storage units. Other ad hoc administration duties as required.
About you a passion to work in the not-for-profit sector. Previous experience working within an administrative, executive assistant, reception or customer service role. Previous experience in events highly regarded but not essential. Strong administrative background.
Strong computer skills, experience with computerised systems and microsoft office suite. Excellent communication skills. Excellent written and verbal literacy skills. Exceptional time management skills. Exceptional efficiency, attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to work both unsupervised and as a member of a team.
Please note that you must be available to commence immediately and be happy to work on a temporary/casual basis, some opportunities may lead to permanent roles. Temporary assignments can be 4 to 12 weeks + in length.
