Admin Assistant or Bookkeeper Private Advertiser location Ballarat and Central Highlands.
We require a problem solver and an answer seeker, on behalf of a valued client currently seeking an Administration Assistant/Bookkeeper. The business thrives on its honest, hardworking, no-nonsense approach and will expect the ideal candidate will possess similar attributes, in addition to being self-motivated and able to work productively without supervision.
This full time role is located in Ballarat and the Ballan area, with time being split between offices in those locations. A farming or rural background will be well regarded as would previous experience in the below areas
Office administration experience. Excellent communication, time management skills and multitasking ability. Accounts Payable & Receivable. Xero accounting software. Bookkeeping experience preferred, but not essential (training will be provided). Your own reliable transport and preparedness to travel as this role is split over 2 sites.
The business can provide assistance and training in the above areas for the right person. Over time it would be envisaged the successful applicant will be able to research, identify and implement best practice processes across the range of administration functions in this business.
