Description

Admin Assistant location Harbourfront / Telok Blangah, Central. Job description to assist in all administrative & operational duties, provide admin support to sales & marketing team, basic receptionist duties (answer phone calls, attend to visitors), to be in-charge of the tidiness & cleanliness of the guest area and other adhoc duties assigned. Job requirements able to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts, ms office, candidates that are proactive, responsible, independent & able to multi-tasks are preferred, no experience required but must be committed to learn. Other details able to commit 6 months or longer, singaporean / pr only, working location & hours bukit merah, monday to friday (0900 to 1800), remuneration $9/hr.
