The Mullumbimby Ex Services Club is seeking a friendly and professional Admin Assistant to join our small team.  This Casual/Part Time role will be Monday to Friday day shifts, initially 25-30 hours per week, with the prospect to upgrade to a Full-Time role, negotiable with the suitable applicant.

The Admin Assistant will provide administrative support and form part of the Administration team for the Club. Reporting directly to the Assistant Manager, your day-to-day duties will include ensure timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices and payments.

Daily Bank reconciliations. Perform Payroll duties. Support Admin staff with the month end reporting procedures. General finance and office administration tasks as required. Demonstrated administrative organisational skills. Provide assistance with planning and executing various events and entertainment.

The key skills, experience, and qualities we are seeking include cash handling skills and end of day reconciliation. Previous experience in a bookkeeping; MYOB or similar. Demonstrate a high level of written and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail with good time management and organisational skills. Analytical thinker with the ability to multi-task. Previous Club administrative experience and knowledge of club operations. will be highly regarded, not essential if you are willing to learn. Membership management experience is desirable.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Current Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident. The successful applicant will have completed or willing to complete RSA and RSG certificates. Remuneration and conditions will be in accordance with those detailed in the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award 2020.
