Admin Assistant Vat Cleaning Services Ltd location Auckland.

We serve large numbers of loyal and prosperous food preparation venues, who love our company and what we deliver.  We are involved in the cleaning of hoods, flues, filters and fryers in commercial kitchens. We raise the standards of health and hygiene, creating a cleaner environment and a better world for us all.

We currently have a position available for a competent, responsible, and motivated individual to work in a team environment. This is an Entry-level office admin position, which includes accounts and administration and is office based in Onehunga, Auckland. You must be available to travel within Auckland if required. You will report directly to the National Business Manager.

The responsibilities include assisting The Business Manager with reporting tasks & CRM management. Client detail management. Accounting. Managing daily invoicing on Tradify. Assisting with payroll. Assisting staff with scheduling of jobs and timetables for the week. Experience of the above is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided.

The successful applicant will also have intermediate level knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word. Excellent literacy and numeracy skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. A high level of communication skills. The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary, laptop, mouse, stationary etc.
