Admin Assistant Community Law Waikato location Waikato. $50,000 - $59,999.

We are looking for an Administrative or Personal Assistant to support the Management team. The role is based in Hamilton (some remote work may be an option). Flexible work hours (min 25 hours up to 40 - you choose), Start date ASAP.

Community Law Waikato provides free legal services throughout the region. Our office is based in Kirikiriroa where we operate currently with a team of 14 employees and an army of volunteers. The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the General and Legal Services Managers. The role also supports the wider organisation's administrative requirements.

It is a varied role that covers a range of functions across the organisation such record management / data entry, IT (general coordination / maintenance), supplier coordination, reporting, event / networking coordination and general office coordination.

The successful candidate must have / be the right fit with our team and values. Professional with a no-fuss can-do attitude. Conscientious (an eye for detail and accuracy is a must). Highly organised with initiative - naturally you'll love creating efficiencies and finding ways to make improvements. Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
