Kempler Landscaping & Garden Services are looking for a superstar Admin Assistant to join our team. Work remotely, Full time work, Monday – Friday, No weekend work, Must have own laptop and reliable internet, Must be Melbourne based. Your primary role is to give excellent customer service to our clients and be their first point of contact.

About the role as our Admin Assistant you will be responsible for all staff, clients and suppliers. You will be given full training for two weeks with our current Admin Manager and report to her weekly with updates. You will be our first point of contact for all our clients, good phone manor and ability to create rapport with customers is a must.

Duties and responsibilities first point of contact for all staff, clients and suppliers, Managing 3 emails, Managing 1 phone, Invoicing, Scheduling, Managing of teams, Ordering of supplies, Following up on late payments, Working across multiple platforms, Data entry, Reporting to Admin Manager once a week. Organise and facilitate staff meetings.

Skills and experience previous employment in a similar role for minimum of 2 years. Great customer service and phone manor. Attention to detail. Ability to work unsupervised and stay on task. Ability to take notes efficiently. Experience with Google Drive a plus. Experience with Google Calendar a plus. Experience with Monday Boards a plus. Experience with Xero a plus.
