Admin Assistant PERSOLKELLY location Canterbury.

We have an exciting opportunity with a government agency as an Administration Assistant. We are looking for a highly organised and passionate person who can offer support to a very busy Project Managers who are working on a project that is essential to protecting New Zealand's wildlife.

As an Administration Assistant you will be responsible for organising meeting times and coordinating schedules, Data entry and filing, Handling phone and email communications with suppliers, Reviewing contract templates.

This role is a perfect opportunity to work amongst a team of experts who are going to create essential policies that will affect New Zealand. This is a fantastic and busy work environment which has been voted most attractive employer in the public sector multiple years in a row. This job is a part time, 3 month contract.
