Admin Assistant location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West.
Our company is looking for a suitable candidate for this role Admin Assistant to start work immediately. This is a replacement, permanent role.
Job scope administrative matters incoming and outgoing calls, Emails, Data Entry, Scanning and Filing and Arranging courier services. Purchase Office Supplies. Import Shipping (Send the documents to the forwarder and update in our system). Export Shipping (Arranging of Container, sending of shipping documents, inform consignee). Manages and Issues PO. Coordinate with supplier/customer on transport collection.
Accounting matters checking of credit card bills and verifying of invoices. Handles and Issue Cheque for payment purpose. Prepare quarterly GST submission. Update payment schedule.
Others use their in-house system (ABS, BMS on daily basis). Assist to Collate monthly data to to relevant government agencies. Coordinates and Manage staff attendance by registering of Fingerprint for new staff and checking of staff attendance. Staff Welfare (CNY Lunch, Christmas Lunch). Facilities and manages the warehouse operation. Other Ad hob jobs advise by immediate manager.
Requirements minimum 'N' Level with at least 1 year experience in general administration / basic accounting. Able to work independently. Positive attitude, meticulous and have initiative. Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Words).
Other information 5 days work week (Mon to Fri), 7.15am to 4pm, Prefer people staying in Jurong Area, Singaporeans only, Location - Pioneer Crescent.
