Event Company Admin Assistant Luxe Dream Event Hire location Auckland. Salary $20 per hour.
What we do hire out props, Set-up events and weddings, Run our own floral studio, We pride ourselves on creating a reliable and excellent service for our customers and their special events. Our service runs mainly through word of mouth so customer service is important to us.
Looking For full Time, Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm, however hours may be negotiated and some working from home flexibility can be provided, for example if a family member needs taking care of. November start to allow a good transition with resigning admin assistant. Friendly, respectful individual with excellent communication and well developed computer skills. Foundation maths in order to be able to quote correct prices to customers. Able to carry and shift heavy props for customers or for photo opportunities. Spoken Mandarin Chinese would be an advantage but is not essential.
Key duties answering customer emails and phone calls. Updating company Instagram and Facebook with new photos, providing descriptive text, including hashtags and tagging other companies. Updating company website and marketing material with photos and text descriptions. Create and distribute our monthly newsletter. Cleaning and maintaining orderly props. Maintaining inventory. Arranging props to create new packages and photo opportunities for social media. Support business improvement by suggesting and helping to develop new ideas. Liaise with other suppliers when necessary.
